CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES
We have a dedicated team of Travel Consultants with the experience and expertise to handle simple to complex business travel requirements of local and multinational companies. Corporate travel services include business travel bookings, incentive travel arrangements, visa and travel insurance assistance and corporate travel spend reporting.
MARINE TRAVEL SERVICES
We have extensive knowledge and understanding of marine travel needs and requirements. We have a special group that is highly experienced and specially trained to service the travel needs of Filipino seafarers, shipping companies and manning agencies.
EXPATRIATE TRAVEL
We cater to specific travel requirements of professionals or skilled workers working in the Philippines as expatriates, as well as companies which send project-based or expatriate workers or professionals abroad. We assist them in their application for and processing of documentation requirements, domestic and international travels, and other travel-related needs.
MEETINGS, INCENTIVE TRAVELS, CONVENTIONS, EVENTS (M.I.C.E.)
We have a wide experience in handling companies’ travel requirements for their meetings, incentive trips, conventions and events. Our dedicated and professional team works closely with each of our individual and group corporate clients to plan and organize trips or events, committed to providing them the best service and customer experience. Services include: flight and hotel bookings, transfers and transportation, tour packages, visa assistance, and special airport assistance.
LEISURE TRAVEL
We arrange all types of domestic and international holiday travel for individual and group leisure travellers. We make available ready tour packages and can also customize tour itineraries and packages according to the traveller’s needs, preferences and budget. We undertake extensive planning and research to ensure the most memorable holidays for our clients.
CRUISE TRAVEL SERVICES
We are a Preferred Sales Agent for three ocean cruise lines – Carnival Cruises, Celestyal Cruises, MSC Cruises; and three river cruise lines – AmaWaterways, Uniworld River Cruises, Viking River Cruises.
FLIGHT RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
We book trips to any destination on any airline of choice. We see to it that travel budgets are wisely spent as we recommend the most cost-effective routing.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
We give the best and lowest possible hotel rates using our negotiated and preferential rates with hotels worldwide.
CAR RENTAL RESERVATIONS
We can handle reservations with major car rental companies around the world.
RAIL AND FERRY RESERVATIONS
We can undertake for our customers rail and ferry reservations anywhere in the world.
VISA ASSISTANCE
We advise and assist clients on visa/immigration application requirements and procedures.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We can secure travel insurance for clients through our arrangements with reliable insurance providers such as Pacific Cross, Starr Insurance, and Standard Insurance.
SPECIAL AIRPORT ASSISTANCE
We provide, upon request, special airport assistance at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for VIP and group arrivals and departures.
AFTER-OFFICE HOURS ASSISTANCE
We have Travel Consultants for corporate and marine accounts, who can be reached after office hours through telephone, mobile phone or email for urgent flight reservations, ticketing requests and hotel bookings.
